All I have is the red box Silk, and it is HARD to froth. I tried some Pacific Soy Blenders at Counter Culture, and that was so much smoother, but I think they had to have it shipped over ups. That was more like steaming skim milk, with that stiff foam, still not the easeiest thing to work with.
We are loyal PS Blenders users. If you can't get it easily you could try 'mixing' a small amount of Canola oil into you Silk. It's our current (untested) theory that the higher oil content is the reaason for improved performance.
