Malachi is the online name of Chris Tacy, barista ninja of Godshot.blogspot.com fame. Definitly one of the most forward thinking barista out there. Check out some of the shit on his blog or his posts on home-barista.com forums (he's a moderator). He worked for the Stumpies as their retail director until a couple of months ago when he left the coffee world to work in IT.
